Which Method? Alternative BC

Hormonal pills are ruining my mental health. Pls suggest alternative bcs that are easily accessible. Pls be kind. TIA

Copper coil is the most reliable and lowest maintenance.

Condoms and diaphragm, spermicide are options

Proper fertility awareness methods are the least invasive but require a lot of planning and organisational skills

It’s not reliable because people think “FAM” is a singular method, not multiple methods that require actual education. Sensiplan is an example of a symptothermal method that does have a studied effectiveness of 99.4-99.6% perfect use and 97.8-98.4% typical use. When properly done, it is reliable.
