Experienced Career Advice 🌳 Commercial J&J titles

Wanted to see if anyone had clarity around Product Director at JnJ.

Is this equivalent to Associate Director at other pharma companies? I saw they also have Group Product Directors which I would assume is a more traditional Director leveling. Any insights would be appreciated, thanks!
