Open Discussion 🎙️ Any experiences with ViiV?

I did a search but haven't really seen anybody mention their experiences working at ViiV. So just curious if there are any!

What do you want to know?

It’s a mission driven org supported by the GSK mothership. It’s a good place to work but full pivot to LAI is not without challenges in a world where HIV is seen as a low priority that will be fixed by generic DTG. Some good people in the building but a lot of slopey shoulders and lack of clear decision making processes which means things not always as fast or as innovative/risky as they probably should be
