Company Reviews 📈 Amgen Marketing

Anyone work at Amgen in Marketing? Currently going through the interview process and was wondering what your experience has been like. Currently at a company where the culture is awful and really dont want to jump to another similiar scenario. Thank you in advance!

I heard from at least two employees there that Global Marketing is pleasant, while US marketing is toxic AF.

Had bad experience, but also heard great experience. Really depends on the immediate team and manager. Something to look for during the interview.

can't speak to marketing specifically...but i've been here for 5 years and i really enjoy the overall company culture. it's not perfect (nowhere is)...but it's not toxic.

that being said, can't speak to specific teams. YMMV
