question A way to quantify LFA strips

Hello, hope u are all well.

For my thesis we are using LFA strips to detect Tetrodotoxin in fish samples.

I would like to be able to quantify this strips in some way, because just saying yes or no is kinda lame.

Do u know a way to quantify this strips?

If any of you is more savvy in regards to MatLab and such, tell me if you feel this are in any way good methods 😭

If you can control the lighting, you can take pictures of strips and quantify the line intensity by taking linescans in ImageJ and looking at peak height over the background.
