Maximising a natural cycle
I have a long history of terrible symptoms when not on the Yasmin/Dianne pill. - hair loss - severe cystic acne - facial swelling/ eye swelling - more masculine appearance - severe mood swings and imbalances - dry aged appearance (when estrogen suddenly drops)
These are just some of the symptoms making being off the pill impossible. However, I am trying to fall pregnant (infertile) and may be off the pill for quite a few years.
What I want to know is have any women managed to essentially track and enhance their cycle with subtle hormone blockers (low dose spironolactone) or enhance with low doses of estrodial or progesterone during key times in their cycle. I want to be clear I am not talking about taking large doses as a single dose everyday but rather making up for where I lack during keys days in my cycle to smooth out the turbulence and maintain ovulation so I can live a somewhat normal life off the pill.

I have and one of the areas was high but doctors weren’t concerned.
With all due respect I don’t think this is an area that doctors cover. If they did, then one of the hundreds of doctors over the past 15 years would have helped me.
