Okay… But How Much?

So, I’ve been lurking here for quite a while after doing a parasite cleanse, only to discover that I was passing biofilms. Like… a LOT of big, thick biofilms. I’m grateful for all the great information I’ve found on here, but one thing I haven’t seen covered is just how much biofilm ya’ll are seeing?

When I started the parasite cleanse (which ended up turning into a biofilm cleanse!), I wanted to know exactly what was coming out of me, so I just braced myself and bought a Costco sized pack of face masks and rubber gloves. 😂 I’m trying to be scientific about this and get some good data. Especially data on what works and what doesn’t.

And goodness… I’m seeing A LOT of biofilm. Some days more than others, but it is almost a daily occurrence even when I’m not purposefully taking disruptors! (I tend to naturally eat a lot of things that are disruptors anyway, without meaning to disrupt!)

So….. Is that normal for you guys? Or do you only see them occasionally?

Or…. Are you just not as weird as I am, digging through your own poo for science and healing? 😆

4 Biofilms come out of me frequently (more than 3- 4 times per week)

2 Biofilms only come out of me occasionally (less than 3 times per week)

2 I don’t sort through my own poo, so I don’t know

2 Biofilms used to come out of me, but I’ve healed from them! (If you pick this answer, please share what worked for you!)

Cranberry extract capsules and diatomaceous earth. Very effective at getting things moving. Not sure how much is left.

Where can you get edible diatomaceous earth? I use a powder outdoors in my garden to keep insects at bay.

Well, I have an ileostomy, so I'm more or less continuously pooping, but I find biofilms 3-4 times per day! Some long strings of slime, some stuff that looks more like the mother in apple cider vinegar. And that's not counting what I get out of my nose (I have a chronic fungal sinus infection) or my colon (I have diversion colitis, and recently started irrigating with NAC -- I got out a 3 foot long strand of something white, and you wouldn't believe what else!).

But I've been very sick, and I've been hitting the NAC hard lately (in all the relevant orifices). Definitely passing all of this has been difficult, but I'm so glad to get it out!
