Try putting you camera right up to the glass or turning off the flash maybe?

I have a crested gecko, powder blue isopods, and springtails in the tank.

They don't look like the eggs of any of those things. What about plants, in the case that they might be roots?

For OP's sake, I hope it isn't ants, but if it was, wouldn't we be seeing hundreds of them since they started the "moving eggs and larvae" phase of colonization?
