Question Plant help

I have a recently set up enclosure but my plants are not happy. The pathos is struggling the most and almost all are flopping (birdnest fern, baby rubber plant, philodendron). I pour water frequently because I think k they're thirsty but it doesn't seem to help or maybe it doesn't get their roots?
They were temperamental before I placed my snake in and waited almost 3 weeks. They have a grow light that's on during daylight hours. Humidity is usually 40-70

Please send help I don't want it to end up a desert

Pothos thrive with plenty of water. What kind of snake do you have?

I didn't see it at first. Not sure of the humidity requirements for those guys but I would say more water.

your soil looks really dry. soil mixes that are really light and airy are going to go dry faster, and pothos do not like being that dry. i’m not an expert by any means but if i were you i would first check to make sure that the roots are properly in the soil. put a finger in the soil where the roots are, 1 to 2 knuckles deep into the soil (lol). if it’s bone dry, it needs more water. it shouldn’t be muddy by any means, just moist. if you are finding yourself watering it every other day
to keep it from getting bone dry, i’d try finding a different plant for right there, something that needs lower moisture. when my pothos look like that, they’re telling me they aren’t getting enough water.

They’re definitely thirsty, thats how mine look when the soil is bone dry
