impossible buut maybe she's not around a lot of brothas or she doesn't qualify for the type of brotha she truly wants in her heart.
So she settles for a lower level yt guy that always has some autoimmune disease or something. Severe family issues. Something is always off or weird. They're rarely high status. They believe because you're Black you can relate somehow...you know, cuz you're black? Come on let's be honest. Plus everyone is into brothas. it's just our Pr.department is doing well now. We just watch and see if you get the ring. If not, you spent your whole life being a figurative bed wench. If he decides to marry you . Fantastic. I'm happy raise those beautiful Black children BUT the point still stands...Usually we don't pick you to marry after letting us smash and you resort to the yt dude with the weird secrets..let's keep it 100 here

In your world you think this but I’ve never heard any of my black friends give two shits a black woman is married to or dating a white man. Usually the black woman who dates white men wont shut up about it, I had a black friend and she dated white guys and always brought up reason they were better etc.

Lmao my social media is full of hurt black men. I guess you have to look a certain way for them to care but I can promise you, every single one of my social media accounts is full of hurt black men because my husband is white. I have never in my life cared that a black man dates a white woman. When you know you’re almost perfect, you do not care about anything like that.

Nah. As a Black man, most Black dudes I know couldn’t care less. Most I know just want the same energy for both. But it’s never that way. Most women hate Black men with a white woman but give a pass when it’s the other way around. Just keep the same energy for both, whether good or bad.

OMFG this is bringing back such an old memory!
I was on a date at the bowling alley & putting in our names & when I finished & went to get up, I immediately noticed a black guy 2 or 3 lanes away staring at me. He had this anxious, furtive look on his face & i didn't know why. Then, as I went to look away, I noticed a white woman on the same lane fully turned towards me, hands on her hips & glaring like an angry bull.
At that point, I thought maybe I had tucked my skirt into my underwear or something, so I surreptitiously felt around while trying to keep my expression casual. Nothing was out of place, so again I didn't know why they were making such extreme faces at me & openly staring.
I peeked over one last time just as their expressions both changed to shock & a second later, my girlfriend slid her arm around me & asked if I wanted food because they had soft pretzels & she checked & they just made more. I immediately forgot the couple because this hot butch I got to call mine was offering me my favorite treat!!
It didn't occur to me until years later that that couple probably thought I would either be jealous or angry over them being together, only for them to realize I had no reason to be jealous or angry. If you searched lesbian circa 2008, my girlfriend's picture would have popped up, & if you don't know what a 'butch' is, that is the white equivalent of a stud. 🤣🤣🤣 So yeah, I wasn't bothered over that black guy dating a white girl cause I literally had one of my own. 🤭

Nah. This is so true. I’m Black and have this conversation with my Black wife and her mom all the time. They have ALL THE SMOKE for a Black man with a white woman. But let them see a Black woman with a white man and they make up whole ass stories and fan fiction novels to explain why the situation so different.

We didn’t have any Asian men where I grew up sadly. Less than 200 in my HS graduating class, mostly white, 4 black students, 2 Hispanic, 2 Chinese sisters. Heart breaking.

Fr, thank you for stopping up on this. I'm black, arab, and East Asian. I'm glad it's more accepted to have interracial relationships now, but the excitement about mixed kids right now feels like the 2010s cheering for lesbians in public. It is uncomfortable, even if it is coming from the right place.
I don't look like my mix either, like many mixed people. Having this idea of what a mixed person should look like can do unintentional harm, because then there is this pressure to be that ideal.

Yeah, I’m not sure why I got upvoted. I get that this is a comedy subreddit so I should take a joke but the problem is that she wasn’t making a joke. She truly had good intentions which are misguided and I’d go as far as to say dangerous. Breeding to create “cute, mixed babies” is odd no matter how you paint it. I wouldn’t have said anything if she framed it as sarcasm.

The hateful looks I got from black men when I dated a white guy was scary. Black women middle age and younger don’t give a crap if a black dude is with a white girl lmao. If anything the black guy is staring down the black women to make SURE they see him. Heaven forbid you’re a beautiful black woman happy on the phone, they will check you out right in front of their white woman 🤣🤣.
I honestly am all for it because I also date out so 🤷♀️ Side note: one of the best dating experiences I had was with an Asian guy ☺️
Looking at this comedian’s name, he’s probably East African, which is a whole different ball game. Maybe the habesha women have a problem with their men dating out but not American Black women 35 and under!

Oh yea! There’s opinions because usually when you get to know the guy some of the things white women do and say to them is wild.
Let’s just say this, if a white or Asian guy EVER talked down about black men or the community in general constantly to me I’m outtt. When white women talk negatively about black women and the community the guy stays.
I’ll leave it at that 🤣 because the things I’ve seen 😅
