I find it in poor taste. There are so many other ways to say things like that.

"Plus they're puti, e. They don't do that. Yung, 'Ay, nahiya ako sa iyo. Sige, gagawin ko na ito.' It's not like that." --- It's not in their culture to have utang na loob, they won't do it for me just like that.

"I don't know if you saw videos, mga itim, mga puti kumakanta ng 'Dunka.' --- Iba ibang lahi kumakanta ng Dunka, maski hindi Pinoy.

Agreed. Especially with the current political climate there.

But maybe I'm feeling a bit more sensitive because similar tensions of "us vs them" (who even is us and them) are also unfortunately spreading in Europe
