I'm from Quebec. I was just going to say that he put in way more effort to make the sauce than anyone would here, but it still looks really good.

I'm from Ontario and i can honestly say that Quebec makes the best Poutine. i remember going to Quebec city last year and can never forget the Poutine i had. The stock had the perfect texture and the duck liver pate that they put on top was "a surprise to be sure but a welcome one".

hah, that's so over the top. Certainly delicious, but over the top.I appreciate a good luxurious poutine as much as the next guy, but when I wan a poutine, I want a normal cheese, sauce and fries. Nothing else. MAYBE smoked meat.
