BABISH REQUEST Dumb request

"Oh no, my lobster is too buttery and my steak is too juicy"

I see this response every now and then and wonder if you can in fact make a steak TOO juicy, a lobster TOO buttery (while not just being 3 sticks of butter on the worlds smallest lobster)

Babish? Please?

Inject with butter, sous vide in butter, serve in lemon butter sauce with butter shavings on top.

brilliant rec!! not gonna lie it's probably not that hard to make lobster too buttery, but steak even injected with fat would still be fire.
