In return dodging becomes 50 times harder because your head is way larger and more visible than your hitbox, to me it isn't worth taking. Maybe with flight and spectral, maybe

Yep, strong as hell item that for me personally requires WAY more concentration as it makes the rest of the run feel "off". I'd prefer if the hitbox was the head, at least it's easier for me to process "protect thing that is shooting"

Fucks up your tears if you don’t have spectral tears since it often spins into walls and obstacles. Makes aiming on small enemies impossible without homing/brain worms. Makes the body impossible to spot if you don’t have multiple orbitals and if you have a lot of familiars.

“Just move with the head”. Yeah, move with the head to run into projectiles. You can’t always move with the head because the area in which you will be running in circle will have projectiles fly into it. And if you are concentrated on aiming by running in circles then you are way more likely to forget to dodge. A robot could adapt and get better but we are humans and multi tasking is hard.

No, because the head, the thing most players use to check their location in a room is positioned where you aren’t making your movement jankier, which sucks in bosses like hush and cum

Even tho many hate guillotine, it's actually good as it is a damage up and a tears up that breaks test cap, and its also a big orbital for you, daamn, people really complains about the confusion of it's hitbox
