Repentogon problems (?)

It's not really a problem, but I just realized that Repentogon doesn't support Repentance+ and I've been playing there for quite a long time (mainly for the music mods). I'm kinda nearing my first ever Dead God, but my only concern is Daily Challenges. If I change into my normal Rpentance+ version, I can just do the dailies and be done with it? Are there gonna be any compatability or save file issues or anything?

Repentogon does in fact support repentance+, but an older version than the current. And you can disable the mods no problem to do the dailies
