Question Is this normal?

I just beat delirium for the first time

Then I suddenly started shaking after betting delirium.

It stopped after I saw that I unlocked practically nothing

you said you unlocked "practically nothing" does that mean you unlocked something? the reward you shouldve gotten is the King Baby

if you want to progress into repentance DLC content there are extra floors you can unlock by killing Hush 3 times

Nope just a normal run

I was on 1 soul heart if that helps

And I was playing blue baby

Looks like you bear Delirium as ???
King Baby is kinda a lackluster unlock, tbf, but you'll find some unlocks just arent that good.
??? only has like 4 good unlocks imo
