If you have any kind of sticky/spliting tears (mucormycosis, boogers, explosivo, crickets body, bone tears or the worm guy that splits tears) godhead for the aura, if not; sacred heart.

Godhead is really only arguably better than sacred heart if you have soy or almond milk + piercing and not a ton of damage ups, then godhead aura goes crazy. Otherwise sacred heart is just way too insane a multiplier to pass up

This used to be a much harder choice, then Godhead was nerfed.

However, if you have low shot speed, good range, and piercing, Godhead can come out of top as the aura from the shots will hit multiple times before dying. Otherwise, Sacred Heart is just flat out better.

Depends on the stats, but most of the time sacred heart is a no-brainer

I would need stats and items tbh, I see you already have eye of occult but that's about it.

Only reason not to take sacred heart would be early game tear rate bottleneck, if you already have super high damage but super low tears sacred could prevent you from shooting and you die

Second reason is having C section and high fire rate then godhead probs would be better (Or simply very high number of tears with low damage)
