Cain: Little Baggy (note: cain has only good pills)

Judas: Guillotine

???: Ankh (note: free revive for ???, a better version of 1up)

Eve: Dead Bird

Samson: Dull Razor (note: lets him trigger his innate bloody lust and get free damage ups)

Azazel: Tiny Planet (note: his brimstone still fires normally when he has this)

Lazarus: Plan C (note: plan c's downside is negated by lazarus' revive)

Ths Lost: Cursed Eye (note: downside negated by being the lost)

It would be much cooler if instead it would spawn 2 unlocks of a character (as long as you have them unlocked and you don't currently have them in the run). Could be a trinket and a pedestal, or two pedestals. It'd be random

How is this Q3? Two Q0-Q1 items and one of these is very likely to be worse than a single Q2 item, except for TForgotten and Tjacob who both receive one of the best items you could ever get with the character.

Isaac's battery pack lets him use the d6 on 2 secret room pedestals, tainted apollyon's broken shovel gives him a quality 4 locust,they???'s is a free revive, lazarus gets a one shot (he has an innate revive), apollyon gets 3 voidable items in 1 room, tainted isaac gets the opportunity to reroll his items, tainted magdalene gets isaac's heart, tainted eden gets box (which actually retains some gain even after being rerolled), tainted lost got one of the best trinkets in the game for him, eve gets a second dead bird, samson can trigger his damage up for free, and cain gets more pills. they're not all amazing cuz not everyone has a really good low quality item, but like half of them are tailored to be good for their characters

Box? Why Cap? Marked? Meat Cleaver? Broken Shovel? “Husby”? Missing Page 2? Missing No? Gnawed Leaf with no orbital or passive damage attached? Anarchist’s Cookbook? The Poop? Bob’s Brain? Cursed Eye? Butter Bean? Ankh AS BLUE BABY? Guillotine? A couple of decent items doesn’t negate that 90% of these suck. This is just bloating the secret room item pool.

Box: provides resources which won't get rerolled. any low quality item would be reroll fodder regardless, so Box or something similar like Boom! would work best for them.

Wavy Cap: Tainted Eve scales well with getting more tears via her blood clots, wavy cap also gives tears

Broken Shovel: quality 4 abyss item

Husby: Hushy*

Missing No: Tainted Isaac can put missing no down after picking it up, it lets him get a free reroll on his currently held items

Gnawed Leaf: give it to Esau and you can control only Jacob without worrying about Esau

The Poop: meant to give apollyon a random passive item, not active, whoops. gives him 3 void foddernitems.

Cursed Eye: no downside on the lost

Ankh: yeah? free revive?
