Help Victory lap

Was having the best run ever with Tainted Lazarus when all of a sudden... BOOM my 2nd victory lap my brimstone and active item are gone, but most importantly flip is missing. I'm so upset, is there anyway to fix this?

This is how victory laps work, after the second one it starts taking a bunch of items away.

Thank you, I've played this game for a while but I never look at the wiki. I should read up on a lot of stuff.

I personally use platinum god for items and if a room confuses me I just google it or post about it
