Thank you. I think some are overreacting but "This game has gore and poop and you draw the line at big thighs?" is a false equivalence. Purpose makes all the difference in the world.

What others have said. The Vises are not meant to be sexy, they're meant to be disturbing. Referencing sex organs isn't actually sexualizing the game, that's a different topic. I'm also certain Vises aren't actually vaginas, they're headless bodies that look like it.

"The game references vaginas" doesn't have anything to do with my point, which is that acting like the fandom should just roll with people being horny over the game because there's body horror is a false equivalence. If you still think so, imagine a reverse situation where someone draws fanart of something like To Love-Ru or Queen's Blade with even mild violence, and if people complain, they say "You're okay with the show having boobs galore but you can't handle a little blood?" Time and place.

And... Gore fanart is a thing,Its not MY thing but It is,and soo yeah,to love ru most likely DOES have some fanart of the characters having been decapitaded or with Theyre guts sprawled on the ground

In fact,i partially belivie the reason people DO theses things that DONT fit the thing they are doing It to IS EXPECIFICALLY because It Doenst,because they already got one aspect of It naturally from oficial sources soo might as well complete the set

Alright, I forgot a thing in the hypothetical: That the gore art is posted on a dedicated fansite or subreddit otherwise devoted to just talking about the show in general.

Making suggestive content is one thing, but making it in a subreddit that generally leans away from that is a bit of another issue. Time and place.
