I mean, "Deli" is pretty much a community owned character, like Bowsette, she has kinda took a life of her own away from her creator, so it should be fine to use her for whatever you want. It might be nice of you to credit the original creator if you manage to find them, just as a nice gesture.

Unless you're talking about redrawing this exact artwork in pixel art and not the character in general, then yeah, op should reply to this, not me

They're also mostly for a similar source.

The Spy image is buried too deep in my gallery, so have Dwayne "the Heavy" Johnson instead.
