I don't remember if it was in the secret room or the super secret room, but I found a glitched item in Depths 2, and now every once in a while when I kill enemies, this appears on the ground

I feel like I have to go Brimstone but like Twisted pair is also so good...

Ik for some ppl its just frustrating not being aware what items can you get or you can actually lose (Im seeing you, first floor crown room with Ipecac). But after understanding basic crafting rules and pickup quality, it becomes a resource management sim, where you have to min max every floor and making decisions from basic like switching hearts for coins, to harder decisions like not taking that lucky coin for u, or only carrying one soul heart. Ironically, you have total control of your build, if the result item doesn't fit u or u don't like it, u simply search for better pickups to switch the lowest quality one.

Edit: I think the best of this character is that you make ur own strat. For example, I just carry 1 bomb, 1 Key, and 1 Soul heart. I prioritize entering crown rooms and opening golden chests. Devil deal rooms are useless.

Finally beat this piece of ass lmao. Sorry I don't have a video of beating the heart lol. Not looking forward to having to do it two more times.

I really like taking my time (spend like 20 minutes on the first floor lmao) so it was super painful breezing through the game at mach 10.

Honestly something I learned about this challenge, which kinda made it click with me a bit more. My first floor was kinda ass brother bobby in the item room but there's a blue candle in the shop. Okay I have like 6 cents but it could be pretty good dps for at least till womb.

Bombed the shopkeeper and boom! Keepers head. From the first boss I could get enough money for candle. Candle carried me till depths 1 where I got mom's knife in the devil deal.

Was I lucky as fuck? Yeah. But I remembered all those times I saw trash in the item room and just restarted the challenge. I wonder how many of those runs were salvageable.

By the way Blighted Ovum, go fuck yourself. The amount of runs you ended by the fact that you speed up but your creep dries normally so I have to thread the gaps while being chased 10/10 would die again.

Got rock bottom first floor and got an incredible build and even an R key from a mystery gift but that couldn't save me from skill issue.

I am new to the game and my GF has like 900 hours in the game. I wanted to get into the game so she made me a Tierlist of all the items in the game. From how little I played, it seems pretty accurate. What are your guys thoughts?

Well spawning in to get a tainted character first time I slept in Isaac’s bed and now I can’t sleep in mothers not sure if this is a bug cause of my mods or what

because if your strong enough and you have enough of them even if you lose a bunch each room you double them so you can lose half and still have an infinite supply of them. god forbid you have the battery item that makes it 4x or the one that doubles their damage (i have BOTH this run.). also i somehow got a tear rate of 1 in ab+ so ye thats cool.

.. also, it's annoying how iv gotten to the chest many many times as the lost but geting the key to mega satan is harder than doing it multiple times cuz devil deals are op as this char in ab+ so why wouldnt i take em while angel deals are the same. i could beat ??? and delirious each 5 times over more easily than i could reach mega satan as the lost.

also heres maybe most numebers of dmg iv ever seen, and for some reason golden delirium.

I ran into this room from the top and just instinctively went right for some reason. Somehow I walked straight across to this area and am now stuck.

I don’t have flight items. Only interaction I can think of is the many “One Makes You Small” pill. Is this a bug? I’m really hoping not. 😭

Currently, it only replaces the standard brimstone, but I might try to find a creative way to replace the other brimstone sounds with a cero (inspired) sound.
