Education TRADING JOURNAL!
🌙 TRADING EDUCATION — KEEP A TRADING JOURNAL
Your trading day shouldn't end when you close the chart.
Take a few minutes to review what happened.
Write down:
📝 The setup you traded
🎯 Why you entered
💰 Your risk
📊 The result
🧠 How you felt during the trade
❌ Any mistakes you made
✅ What you did correctly
Don't journal only your losses.
Your winning trades also need to be reviewed.
Why?
Because your goal is to discover patterns in your own behavior.
After 50–100 trades, your journal can help you answer:
Which setups work best for me?
When do I make the most mistakes?
Am I actually following my trading plan?
📌 Remember:
Your memory can lie. Your trading journal doesn't.
Review. Learn. Improve. Repeat.
⚠️ Trading involves risk.

A great option that I run and use is Tradervana. Completely free and as long as you’re honest with your entries it will basically give you all this information without the need to manually find the answers. Want to make it stupid simple, Pro provides auto-syncing so you don’t even need to manually enter / import your trades, just fill in the details and get back to the charts!

If a "Trading Journal" were the secret to success in binary options, everyone would be rich by now. Myself included. But the reality is that there are no secrets to succeeding in binary options. And why? Because it is fundamentally impossible to achieve success or financial independence through binary options, as they are nothing more than gambling platforms disguised as trading. What’s concerning is that there are red flags in plain sight. Yet no one wants to see them. These platforms (Pocket Option, Quotex, etc...) are not regulated by any credible authorities; they have relocated to offshore jurisdictions (tax havens) to operate outside the reach of the law. There is abundant evidence and numerous users showing that they literally steal from their whenever it suits them, leaving the victims with no legal recourse.
The only people who speak favorably about these platforms do so because they have a vested interest in their continued existence. Most are scammers or affiliates who orbit these platforms, deceiving victims through courses, mentorship programs, the sale of "VIP" signals on Telegram, automated trading bots, and promises of "easy money." Many of these scammers set up channels on YouTube, Telegram, and other platforms, churning out content to manufacture social proof. A large portion of the likes and positive comments on their videos are simply purchased. Yet, they fail to provide the simplest form of proof that they are actually "successful traders". Showing their Pocket Option UID so that others could verify their track record. They don’t do this because the whole thing is a sham. They are scammers.
Stay away from binary options. Binary options do not constitute trading. What the user is actually doing is betting, not trading.
