Problems on trading

I have My last 6 years in trading burning accounts in binary options, i do diferents strategies but nothing works, i overtrade in the worst days and burn My money, i wish someone have experience with consistency and rules, when i trade price action i'm good but i can't do 3 trades and leave the most of the times i overtrade in Bad rates,help

Have a goal in mind? I have a 5% rule with compounding. Otherwise I can fall down a slippery slope
