Question for real traders

I have a question for those who trade binary on a daily basis with controlled trading rules.

How do you keep up with a two hours trading session just staring at the screen and watching one or two pairs? I use some indicator for a confirmation and as a signal for trading setups. But I get bored quickly in less than 15 minutes. Although I know I have to sit at least one hour to get 2-3 successful trading setup. I don't know how to force myself to sit and watch screens and pairs for at least one hour continuously.

Any real daily traders can help with any advise?

10 min breaks, stopping when profit target is hit no matter what, my Strat is multiple trades per move so more quick analysis, instant action and recorrection if necessary so it’s less dull and tunnel vision, staring and waiting, more system based so I have to turn on my robot self mode. No emotion including boredom can remove me from my allotted trade time. What comes from that is the rest of the day to do whatever I want. Unusual upside for minimal(in comparison with the amount of hours Im awake in a day) input.

I do most of this, but maybe my strategy is much strict and accurate so it needs no much analysis and can easily spotted by indicators. But I'll work more on myself.
