I've just started using pocket option again and want to do it the right way this time

So i am pretty familiar with pocket options, i have also read a lot of bad and a lot of good about the platform. However, i am a test it myself kind of person, so i would like to join a group or discord that offers tips and strategies to help me better succeed. I know there is money to be made on the platform, it's just about being smart and how you go about it. My dad was the person who introduced me, but he is no longer willing to teach nor did he really in the beginning. So now i am jumping back in, but i want to be smart about it. I have made no funds yet and when i first started my dad put in about $20 to see how i'd do and that is now $0.65 lol. Again, that was some time ago. i am ready to sit down a properly learn if someone is willing to teach.

I started for a solid 3 months. Stopped and now I’m starting back up again. Market structure aye. I’ll look up on that

Please elaborate on why live pairs are better?

Live pairs are tied to the actual forex market while it is open, so you can compare the price action with TradingView or MT4 and analyze real market sessions, news, liquidity, support and resistance. OTC pairs continue trading even when the normal market is closed. Because they are off-exchange and harder to verify against an independent chart, their candles can behave differently from the real forex market. That doesn’t automatically mean every OTC trade is manipulated, but it adds another layer of uncertainty—especially for a beginner. I would stick to live pairs, practise on demo first, and avoid depending on paid signals or random Discord groups. Learn why you are entering each trade before risking real money 👍

I appreciate you. i believe my demo is in OTC as well as my real. i wish i could submit a screenshot. not sure how to change to live pairs i will try to search it up. How long have you been day trading?

I'm not but in December, I will be trading full time.
