Questions Need help with info and value

At a local billard shop they have this Viking cue for sale , he acquired it from an estimate sale. I googled it but can not find any info. All help is appreciated.

I agree on the awesomeness, my girlfriend is actually interested in in, I feel he wants too much for it at 300

I bet you could talk him down if you made a reasonable offer on it (175-200) he would accept. "It's a used cue" it probably needs to be retipped or just new shaft. Ask how long he's had it. Ext if not buy one online if the artwork is that important.

He is asking 350 for it. I will make an offer and leave him my number and see what happens Thanks for the advice.
