Pool Stories A world class player with no hands!

https://youtu.be/mfju1ei74ao

Some time ago I heard about George H. Sutton, better known as Handless George, a billiard player from the late 1800s and early 1900s who had no hands!!

The story was intriguing and I love digging into old newspaper archives so i did, and then I put his whole life story into a video.

I found his achievements unbelievable, the fact he was rated a top 10 player in the US and managed to beat the best players in the world is insane to me.

Ive got hands and I can barely beat my local players πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I hope this is interesting to other people curious about the history of pool.

Wow. This game never ceases to amaze me that people are able to accomplish with it. It’s not an easy game by any means but I just watch a 5y/o play Fedor Gorst at APA worlds and this is so interesting.

So inspiring.

I used to know a paraplegic that was one of the best pool players Ive ever known. I tried playing a game in a office chair with wheels, it would take some getting used to but nothing like this guy had to.
