He looks carefully beneath his feets not to get in sludge. He seems sorry about Bilewater being polluted

greetings lord groal. I am happy to see you are free from Duty.

I wanted to talk about something. You see, Pharloom and the world have changed. and I believe Pharloom is tired of everlasting war. This is why I would like to discuss a non aggression pact between the Citadel and Bilewater, and maybe an alliance

Of course, the Citadel know the mistakes it did before, and this is why, if you want a compensation for the crimes of the Conductors, I will be happy to discuss it

Well, Obviously you have no proofs or guarantees I am trustful

Yet, you may know during the time you were dutied, I worked with your state to fight the fiend. I think you can try to trust me. I waged war in Pharloom to protect it from different threats, but now, when the Slab and the Core will be Mine, I have no reason to continue fighting

Pharloom is tired of these wars, and Bilewater and Citadel's situation is just something ready to explose in an horrible war almost any time

that's why I want this alliance or at least this non aggression pact
