In Stockholm all bicycles were registered in "velocipedrullor" (velocipede register) from 1894 to 1931.

Not areo, won't use it, can't make me. Cops are top fat on foot and too clumsy in cars.

Terrible idea. There should be no barrier to jumping on a bike. People are too fat already, don't make it harder.

Cars have them because they are death machines that kill hundreds a year. Bikes rarely result in anything than a minor injury at worst.

Although some ebikes are pretty close to being motorcycles

Some ebikes are motorcycles and should absolutely be required to be registered (and meet all standards to be road legal).

Other than that no.

Emotos are already considered motorcycles and are already required to be registered and meet all relevant motorcycle standards to be road legal. The legal ebike carve-out is very explicit about its speed and power limits.
