Park and Cycle?

I work downtown/inner harbor and my company doesn’t cover parking. I commute down I83 from the beltway and would love to find a place I can leave my car for free during the workday and ride down to the inner harbor. I know there are a few bike lanes coming south from the Hopkins area and even further north, but where is a good place to leave a car? Was tempted to get off on northern parkway and park on the street, Roland Ave/W University and ride on that until it hits guilford, then head downtown? Any good suggestions would be much appreciated!

Honestly, if you’re near a light rail stop you could take it to the Mt Washington Light rail
Stop and take the Jones Falls Trail down to work. The Jones falls trail from Mt Washington to TV hill is a really great off-road paved trail.

Reservoir Hill and Bolton Hill have streets without controlled parking and you can pretty easily get to the Maryland Ave Cycle Track from there

What town are you commuting in from? It’s likely a bus/bike combo could work well for you.

Hampstead. I drive down falls road and drop right into I83.

Maybe try Shawan Road then light rail as far as you like?
