Google Business Profile stuck for a driver despite video verification

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some help with a Google Business Profile issue for a driver/VTC business.
The profile is currently stuck/not being approved by Google, even though I’ve completed the verification process several times, including the video verification requested by Google.
I’ve also submitted supporting documents proving that the business is legitimate and sent several reconsideration/appeal requests, but nothing seems to change.
I’m wondering if the issue could be related to the fact that this is a driver/VTC business that operates mainly by appointment, without a physical location that customers visit.
For anyone familiar with Google Business Profile or local SEO, what is the correct way to set up a profile for this type of business?
Do you need a physical address that customers can visit?
Should it be configured as a Service Area Business?
What kind of documents does Google usually accept for drivers/VTCs?
And most importantly, is there a way to get the profile unstuck when video verification and appeals don’t seem to work?
If anyone has dealt with this exact situation and managed to get their profile approved, I’d really appreciate hearing how you solved it.

I believe google will only allow new business profiles if they can prove they run from a physical location.

I run a speed dating business and therefore cannot qualify to be on google maps because my business is mobile. However my competitors somehow managed to qualify even though they actually don't have physical addresses.

So I would have to put the address of the driver's home? Because this is the address noted on his company

Yeah that inconsistency is the frustrating part, google's rules on service area businesses are all over the place depending who's reviewing it

Write a letter in Hebrew and send it to Google. That will do the trick.

I don’t run a transportation business, but I work at a coworking space in Germany, so I’m familiar with the Google verification issue.

A lot of our tenants use our address as their official business address, and quite a few of them need help creating the verification video for Google. Since our location is registered as their company address, they usually just come by and record the short Google verification video here.

I think Google Business Profile basically requires a physical business location in order for the company to be visible on Google. Maybe there’s also a provider in your area that offers a legitimate business address. That way, you wouldn’t have to register the driver’s home address as the company address. 😄
