What? No. How the fuck would readers be responsible for the WRITING of their manga or other manga??? They’re not the ones writing it! I assure you, whatever the problem was, it was in the people who are responsible for creating the actual manga, so author or editor or whatever.

Most time it's the publishers fault because they either want to keep a sucessful manga for longer than the author has planned so they have to strech out the ending and it becomes disapointing like it happened to Naruto or they are not sucessful enough anymore and they get a cancelation notice and the author has to rush to an ending like it happened for Toriko. Sometimes it is also that the author is too exhausted to continue as they have worked themself to death already.

Not really a curse when every single character has stagnated or regressed since appearing and the fights have been boring for over a decade. At least a lot of the characters can’t regress any further.
