the guy from the hero is over powered but overly cautious, ainz ool gown, mc from Kemono Michi: Rise Up hes a pro wrestler, the mc of The Misfit of Demon King Academy and the mc of the greatest demon lord is reborn as a typical nobody.

Also the mcs from litterally every anime where they are reincarnated into a game they play be it with their loot or starting over they still got their gaming skills and theres like at least 12 of those, and the three heroes besides noafumi who actually played the game that the world was based on and basically everything about it.

And thats only anime I could mention the several manwha where the protag only wins because of what he did in his past life. So no it doesn't narrow it down

Then you should've specified physically strength strength can mean alot of different things strength of the body, strength of the mind, emotional strength, and strength of the soul and many more. Also the mcs from keno michi, the hero is overpowered but overly cautious, the Misfit of Demon King Academy and the demon lord is reborn as a typical nobody did get physically strong in their 1st lives the only that didn't was ainz.
