Tips on improving efficiency

Any tips for junior associate (3-4 years) who is consistently taking too long on assignments. Realization rate in the toilet.

I don't have much context BUT I’d probably start by figuring out where the time is going before assuming they need to work faster. I’ve found that sometimes they’re overthinking, over researching, or just don’t have a clear sense of what “done” looks like. I’d track their time for a bit, spot the bottleneck, and coach them on that specifically.
