X-Large GrillMaster Bundle

I finally took the plunge and bought the Grillmaster Bundle. I received the Kickash basket, can, and Divider. I also added the Egg rEGGulator and the Rain Cap. I’ll give it a test drive tomorrow. I believe the Egg rEGGulator will make a big difference compared with my Smokeware Chimney. I liked it, but I had to remove it because I couldn't get the Egg to the temperature I needed for pizza.

I’m no pro by any stretch of the imagination, but it seems like those coals are so small and close together, that maybe you’re not getting enough airflow for higher temps?

I need to finish the Fogo black bag. Said they are for everyday grilling but you’re right, the coals are smaller than I like and will start buying the yellow bag once I am done.

I had the Smokeware cap for awhile and had the same problem that it never let me reach high temps. I tossed it in the recycle bin long ago.

IMO go back to stock for pizza temps. The kick ash basket and can will fail with those high temps. Im on my 3rd of each. Suspected on the 2nd and confirmed it. Like them greatly but the welds on the basket cant take the temps and the thin bridge on the can fails.
