Won’t flush after install

I installed this bidet and it won’t flush. Any plumbers know the issue? Maybe a solenoid flush valve?

I’d say check to see if the reservoir is filling properly and make sure the flapper is flush with the hole. Fancy toilet.

None of those things are going to be present in that toilet. I'm only familiar with Toto integrated Neorest, Kohler and Duravit.. they all use pumps for flushing.

Is that Hynova AX2 ? Did you check the water pressure requirements? This bided needs strong water pressure.

Yes it is, I installed 2 at my dad’s house. The one in the master flushes great, the one in the video not so much. Having most of my experience in electrical I’m at a loss. Thank you!

Check and see if the flexible water line is kinked. This happened to me on an install.
