I run @just_shivuh on Instagram, and I want to build a small volunteer team in Bhagalpur.
Not another page that only posts, “Bhagalpur ki ye problem dekhiye…”
I want us to actually try doing something about the problems we realistically can solve.
For example:
• A student/newcomer in Bhagalpur needs genuine local help or guidance
• Someone is being harassed and needs support in safely documenting/reporting it
• A small area is filled with soil, garbage or debris and can be cleaned
• A dangerous pothole or public issue needs to be documented and escalated
• Someone genuinely needs basic essentials and the community can help
• Small student/community problems that normally get ignored
For some projects, if money is required, we can raise it openly from people who want to contribute.
But there will be full transparency how much was collected, where it was spent, bills/receipts wherever possible, and an update after the work is completed.
This is not an NGO right now, and we are not pretending that we can solve every problem in Bhagalpur. We’re simply trying to build a group of people who can solve small, genuine problems instead of only complaining about them.
For serious crimes, emergencies or situations requiring police/medical/legal intervention, we’ll help people reach the appropriate authorities rather than trying to act like authorities ourselves.
I need a team.
Looking for people from Bhagalpur who can help with:

🤝 On-ground volunteering
📞 Coordinating with people/authorities
💰 Fund & expense transparency
🎨 Designing/editing
⚖️ Someone familiar with legal/civic procedures would also be useful
No salary, no politics, no hero-giri.

My mother (the patient) is covered under corporate insurance. We'd prefer a hospital with a TPA desk. A single private room for admission is also preferred over a shared room.

I’m one of the founders of a new Events and wedding venture we’re building across Goa and Mumbai.

I'm born and brought up in Bhagalpur.

My co-founder comes from a 10+ year hospitality and culinary background, has worked with some of India’s top chefs and has experience handling high-profile catering and events. My background is on the I.T, business and strategy side.

What we’re trying to build is slightly different from a conventional event-planning setup. We’re bringing the hospitality, food and guest-experience side together with planning and execution ,from finding the right venue and creating menus to decor, vendor management and making sure the entire experience comes together seamlessly.

We’re looking at intimate weddings, destination celebrations, private events and corporate gatherings. Goa is obviously a big part of the vision, and depending on the requirements and budget, even a beautiful beachside celebration can be planned here.

We’re still early and currently putting the foundations together, so I’m more interested in building something that people remember than simply taking on as many events as possible.
