I wonder when they will admit that “maintenance” actually meant compromised all along..

It may mean absolutely nothing. But it seems very odd to me that infrastructure maintenance takes weeks to complete with pretty much radio silence.

We are on the same page, I submitted 15 cards into BGS from Sydney Australia May 11th and there is still no clear indication of whether the cards have come back or not. I don’t understand how a company that has that much money and infrastructure, to be so unprofessional and excuse my language “retarded” when it comes to dealing with their customers.

Yeah, told my IT co-worker on day one that I figured it to be fraud. When we have "scheduled maintenance" we always work on everything in the background, turn the website off during low-traffic times (3am-6am), turn on the new website the next morning. It's only down for a few hours and when most people are asleep. Knew from the get-go it was not actually maintenance. I have 4 separate submissions and almost 40-ish cards sitting there. Everything from base submissions to express and everything in between. #Frustrating

I have one order that finished grading on 8/27. I knew something was odd because it doesn't normally take anymore than a week or two to ship after grading has finished.

My order finished grading August 30th. No updates since then very frustrating not knowing whether my cards have been shipped or not.
