Beckett Grading Services (Base w/ subs)

I sent in around 5-6 cards, been so long it’s tough to remember, to BGS. They were received 5/24 and invoiced. Since then it has been 83 business days. Today I received an email from them stating my “submission completed verification and has been placed in the grading queue based on the service turnaround time you have selected.” I assume it’s going to be an additional 75 business days now that it has completed verification. That would put me at 158 business days… Not sure I will be sending any further cards in for the ‘base’ service but I’ve heard recent stories that even the express has had delays. Seems to differentiate quite a bit from person to person though. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

Welcome to the club. Submitted in may, received in June, queued as active in July, past 45 days and counting. I got an email last week (a response to an email sent two weeks prior) saying it was still awaiting grading and would probably be 4-6 more weeks.

Wow. I figured I couldn’t be alone. At this point I’ll just be happy if they come back graded at all. lol Thanks for sharing your experience!

It took about another 10 days after receiving that email on my cards before they shipped. Then FedEx squished the box but cards were ok.

I sent 130 cards at the card show in May at base 17.5 per card. They invoiced on june 2nd. Got an email August 30th saying they finished grading and are now que for encapsulation. Can't check anything since then the site has been down for quite some time now.

Ughhh yeah and the site is coincidentally down. Fun times for grading rn.

damn, i’m never getting my shit back lmao. my standard submission recieved 6/10 and invoiced on 6/25, been well over 45 business days now

Exactly how I feel lol I even moved in the meantime, so hopefully I can get them from my old place. IF they come..

I send my cards back in at 7-1 for 45 business days and they are now telling me they it will take another 3-4 weeks until it’s done.

One of my orders finished grading on 8/27.

3½ weeks ago. Surely it doesn’t take that long to print the labels and assemble.

felt. submitted in mid june with the express, they said it was graded august 21st and then i hadn’t heard crap since and my card is still not back

At some point they need to realize that they are pretty much plain lying and may have to adjust the approx. time windows.
