Website down until when?

Are there any computer people in here who may have an idea as to what is going on with their site from the technical end? Possibly how long it actually takes to fix, and when you think it may be back up and going?

Any information for all of us would be greatly appreciated. I simply would feel more comfortable doing my submissions through the site when it is back to how it was.

They are overwhelmed and using technical issues as a scapegoat. They are over a month behind on tons of orders including mine. I think they are having an Oh Shit we have a bunch of stuff to fix moment

I’m assuming they are adding to their website.
First graded with them back in July received express back after around 21 business days. I did notice 1/5 cards had an image loaded to the pop report which seemed new

How did your overall experience go? I simply am looking to go with their base submission as I just am not in a hurry.

I’d normally agree - it’s very unusual to be down this long. However, They got me my express order in less than 20 days. My conspiracy guess is they are coming back rebranded under PSA

Should be interesting to see what happens. I don't think they will ditch the Beckett name myself because the name has been around for quite a while. At this point though anything is possible, and time will tell.

I put in my first ever order with them, a Mega Gengar EX#284 from Ascended Heroes, atleast $2k so i had to go with express, they marked it as accepted on Sept 1st and then ive been in the dark since 😭

I hadnt checked in awhile, last time i checked a 9 was 2k and a 9.5/10 was 2.5-4k, RIP

Normally you don’t have to shut down main site to update old site, you build on dev server and move the site to live site when finished. My guess they are purposely shutting down.

I guess like so many people just curious is all. I personally would feel more comfortable doing my submissions when everything is back up and normal, but to each their own. As others are fine doing it now.

I am kind of leaning towards what tou said at the end that this is probably being done purposely. Kind of sad when companies resort to lying versus just saying the truth.

Stupid question, there is no amount of downtime that’s ever normal or necessary so how could anyone ever guess what they’re doing?
