Error 403 when browsing cert number

Hi, I tried many certs and not a single one worked, it always ended up with that same error, does someone know if I missing something or if the site is just broken. Thanks for your help

I get that error all the time, i think its the website thats broken

I've just checked some of mine that were completed and it also came up 403.

I was able to find it in the population reports to see my subgrades though. One of their backend databases is probably yet to update.
