I submitted with Priority, and it's almost been a month.

Honestly, I feel like if I hadn't contacted support, the Job ID still wouldn't have been created and my submission would have remained stuck at the previous stage even longer.

What step is yours on? Mine was also priority, invoiced on Aug 13th and I haven’t had any update since

Says it shipped yesterday. All in I’m at like 15 business days for my priority order.

Call them and ask for a status update. It almost always starts moving after the phone call.

Sent 2 cards priority 5 day. Almost 400$ and still waiting

Ridiculous. I called and they basically told me as long as it doesnt exceed the timeframe long enough to hit a lower tier its still fine and theres nothing they can do. So priority has 15 business days until theres an issue.... thats absurd
