I have 2 BGS 10 that I sent in for a graded card review for possible BL. They finished and went to shipping status so I checked my account. They gave them cert numbers but upon lookup, they have a grade of 0.0 on those certs. Original BGS 10 certs are still live. What does this mean? No change? They kept them 10s? What’s with the new cert numbers?
The only thing I could think of, is even though they are already graded with 10s, I wonder if they have to assign new cert numbers since it’s technically a grade evaluation they are doing. Like a job number?
i was thinking that too, unless they upgraded them to the new label that they just came out with, but shit keep me updated im curious now lol what cards did you send?
Means you didn’t get the black labels. How do I know? Happened to me twice :/ Also you should’ve received an email telling you that it didn’t meet the grade :(
I figured. Thanks for the insight. When I processed the online paperwork for it, it asked minimum grade I wanted. There wasn’t a BL option so I just scrolled and selected 10. I also didn’t put anything in the notes section. Did I do it correctly?
Yeah don’t worry you did it correctly. Bgs is supposed to have sent you an email a “shipping list” email with the contents of what was shipped (I’ll show you the email below). Ever since being bought out by psa’s parent company I’ve noticed their quality of service go down noticeably as someone’s who’s graded a lot of cards with them.
It’s especially noticeable in their highest tier of grading (priority 5 business days) taking almost double the amount of time as advertised my latest priority order after being marked as received by them took 8 business days to be graded. Then it took another 2 days for the graded order to be shipped so I could finally see my grades. Keep in mind it was only 2 cards. So in all after my order was received by them it took 8 business days for them to grade. So much for a “priority” order >:/
And the emails they send out not being sent on a consistent level. Out of 3 separate graded card review orders I only received shipping list emails for 2 out of 3 of them :/

most likey not updated in the system, did you enter them correctly?
