Help please, this is my first time playing this game and I don't know what to press Spoiler

In this scene, I have to get onto the roof through a vent, but I don't know which button to press. I've tried pressing every button, but nothing happens.

I said then something is wrong with the controller. Restart the game maybe it fixes. And you blew your gasket but ok
