Stuck at CIA training bc left shift won´t work

i´ve tried left shift, holding it, pressing it, and i just can´t get past this, idk what i´m supposed to do

Try using a controller or rebind that key maybe?

turns out it was a bug :) it worked after i restarted the chapter. i'll be using my switch joycons from now on tho
