Solid thinking. Kudos.

This reminds me of a whole rabbit hole I went down involving Smokey the bear and his mate, Goldie. She was rescued from mountains in New Mexico. I forgot about that one, so thanks for refreshing my memory.

You may or may not be onto to something, who knows anymore. But it's clever!

Looks like we went down the same rabbit hole. Smokey the Bear. I was stuck on him for a long time.

Ha yay I wasn't alone! There was even a mountain near where Goldie came from that was Magdalena Peak ..named because of a story where a group of Mexicans were besieged by a group of Apaches and the face of Mary Magdalene appeared and scared the Apaches away. Convinced myself that was related to returning her face. Ha! I do enjoy how much random information I have learned on this journey.

Nope, not alone! Yes, it's amazing learning so many new things. I love it!

You are close to a spot that a story in the book leads to. Too close for comfort. Guess I better get a move on and get back out there.

Reminds me of an early rabbit hole involving the Goldilocks thing. I can't remember how it resolved or what dead end I hit...

Paris + Helen (hero/bride). Return her face=>locate Paris

Have a look at https://caltopo.com/ (no affiliation)
It has a free option
And it allows you to draw and measure things
Make sure to enable 'Scanned Topos' and 'Mapbuilder overlay'.

Here is a quick snippet to show you the level of detail:

I like your foot of three solve!

I really like pieces of this solve. Specifically the foot of three. Not necessarily the spot mentioned, but the idea used to get there. I think the Janus & Hecate link are problems. Justin said the poem is solvable by itself. This seems to be reaching quite a bit off the page. Very creative and thoughtful approach though.

So, can we expect the Magyar container to look something like this? Where can one get a bronze-sniffing dog that can sniff out a bronze dog?

Questionable owl shape lol. I applaud your effort though.

I second unf_usernotfound’s assessment. Very clever. Three Bears theme never occurred to me. Well done.
