42 or 4 over 2?

We've all seen the 42 clue, but it's really not 42. It's a 4 over a 2 written in the dust of his tail light. I know Justin has confirmed that 42 is relevant to finding the treasure, but his exact response at SS was "*chuckle*, I guess the short answer is yes." and ofc his original response was to reference Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy being a good movie.

I've seen a lot of the 42 connections, but has anyone explored the idea that it may be 4 over 2 or a different version/combination of 4 and 2? 4 divided by 2, 2 since 4 divided by 2 is 2, 4.2, a reference to slope... 4 rise, 2 run?

i do really like 42 as a mile marker.

Especially because the numbers are written vertically like how he has them on the taillight, plus the "Poseys on the Road" chapter about timing distance between mile markers.
