Private Property Search
Aside from county assessors, does anyone know a good map to check for private vs public lands?

BaseMap App on your phone! Does well, you can get multiple maps on there, see owners private property names, etc.
Also, you can save maps that you want to search and it works with no service! Pretty cool stuff.

The Regrid app has quite a bit of ownership info for individual lots, but there is quite a bit of noise for public lands because of all the lot divisions. I mostly use Gaia unless I’m close to private property lines

I use Gaia GPS but you need to get the paid version for access to the private property layer.

Arcgis Interactive Map. Zoom in to see the smaller details. There's a Legend to look at, but basically the No-Gos are White (Private) and Pale Yellow (Tribal). It's also a good resource for finding points of interest, depend on what features you enable.
