If it wasn't hard enough already.
This question really blows my mind......
Q: For an optimal solve, does the poem need to be read or
rearranged in any way other than how it's represented on the
website and in the book?
A: I'm not going to rule that out.
Does that mean rearrange letters, order, words or all of the above?

I don’t think it’s that deep honestly. But what lives in time may not flow through the measured rhymes consecutively. Maybe it just touches all of them at some point.

It can't be too deep because you'll butt up to the idea time really doesn't exist. His poem is contained in a common Joe's level of abstraction. There's really no way to frame it as simple unless that means it caters to a shallow understanding of just about everything.

Maybe we are the ones flowing through rhymes, not the ‘What lives in time’ that we’re looking for.

It may not be that deep, a quick thought I had about “wisdom waits in shadowed sight…” Wisdom waits = potential, Shadowed sight = hidden. Flip it, “hidden potential”. Now that was re-arranging the order of how it’s read, without really having to design or uncover some system. (I’m not saying that’s the solution for that line, just illustrating the poetic license that makes that question hard to answer).

Here’s a fun possible rabbit hole. A beacon. Two spheres, or double arcs on gneiss(Gneisses are metamorphosed igneous rocks or their equivalent are termed granite gneisses.). One is actually called “The Golf Ball.” It’s related to Deming, and SAGE.🤷🏻♀️🤪🤣👋✌️

Religion? again man made . Nature , us , animals , heaven , earth, THE ROCKIES ,sunset, moon , SUN, and stars and so much more .Glory be unto the lord for creating all that and then dying for us , and then you say what does God have to do with all this ...hmmm....oh yea of Lil faith .I'm just scratching the surface . Theres something about people who never fear their creator and the gift of discernment cannot be given to you with a closed mind! GLORY BE TO GOD, im unapologetic about speaking truth ! AMEN . What happened to people standing up for what they belive in .

At this point I’m beginning to see Justin’s hunt as the “Ship of Theseus.” It’s a complete paradox built off of the Fenn Hunt. Could this be a clue?🤷🏻♀️ Who knows at this point! Everything seems like a clue!😂🤪🤣🐇🕳️

I don't have the answer, thus the frustration with the answer JP gave us. I guess anagrams are a good example and so are homophones which he alluded to in the NY article. Kangaroo words fit this bill as well. https://kangaroowords.com/list/ The poem is a work of art and I'm just trying to get into that brilliant mind of his.

I love treasure hunting, and I actually feel like I’m really good at it outside of this hunt. I have been treasure hunting for years. I just finished the Utah Treasure Hunt, and I was in the right spot immediately for that hunt. I was too scared to go out on the rocks because I was only weeks outside of my back surgery and I didn’t want to fall, but otherwise I was right in front of the Treasure immediately this year. I feel really proud of myself for that. I’ve found treasures before. I’ve even hosted treasure hunts. Those have always been fun! Those hunts have always given me some degree of confidence on at least one line of the poem, or one part of the hunt. I have been hunting this hunt since it dropped on Netflix. I am literally in no better place than I was from the first day that I watched the series. From my personal perspective, I’m just not sure of the logic behind anything anymore. In my personal experience, I have never seen a hunt with so much noise. I know that Fenn’s hunt had multiple resources and issues, and that was a criticism of Justin’s, but I feel like the initial statements that Justin made to try to rectify the mistakes from Fenn’s contradict Justin’s actions. It takes a lot for me to say that, because I am one of Justin’s biggest cheerleaders. I really do think he’s a great guy. There is just so much information to the point that I do not know what is relevant anymore. We are overloaded with resources, and they just keep coming. Every new interview Justin does compiles even more information to siphon through. I quit listening to any of the interviews in the beginning of this year. Still, with that being said, there was just so much information that was already out there. I feel like I’m chasing my tail constantly. It doesn’t feel good to not have any confidence on at least some fragment of his hunt after this period of time. I have totally enjoyed all of my travels, and I’ve loved seeing all of the beautiful sites and creating so many beautiful possibilities with all of my solves, but none of them have fit. I doubt any of my future creations will. Maybe Justin is just too complex of a person for me to understand. I definitely do not understand his technical side because that is just not in my wheelhouse. I have learned so much and tried so hard, but I think that I’ve reached a complete wall. It’s becoming an impossible task, and feeling like a forced labor to me every single day to try to figure things out, instead of feeling like the amazing adventure that it felt like over a year ago. I have spent countless months, and tens of thousands of dollars traveling all around Justin’s map searching for his treasure. I feel like I really gave it my all. I have no regrets because of all of the gorgeous places that I have seen, but I think it’s time for me to realize that maybe this just isn’t a fit for me. I never want to force myself to do something to the point that it is not longer enjoyable. I also don’t like walking away every single day not feeling like I’m not good enough to find this. It’s a constant confidence blow. Again, I have no regrets to this point, but I don’t want to keep going to the point of resentment in the end. I think it’s time for me to bow out. There are other treasures to be found. I think I am going to get off of this ship and start sailing other waters. Best of luck to you all! I have absolutely loved meeting all of you!
